Order of Glory, 2nd cl., #23035, awarded in April 1945 to a Recon Scout Private of
the 2nd Belorussian Front. He killed 30 German soldiers and captured 6 POWs while
operating ahead of the regular infantry during the Red Army Jan. - Feb. 1945
offensives in Pomerania. EXC condition. Comes with archival research.
Order of Glory, 3rd cl., Type 2, #480001, May 1945 issue to Private Sapper of the
4th Ukrainian Front. In early April 1945, he on a single day cleared three lines
of minefields under enemy fire during an offensive in Sudetenland, Czechoslovakia.
Although he was in combat since 1943, this was his only decoration of WW2. The
award is in excellent condition. Comes with archival research.
Badge of Distinction of the Military Order of St. George, 3rd cl., #6128, Early
"Turkish War" Type issued for the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905. The
recipient, a sr. warrant officer of the 12th Siberian Rifles, later received a St.
George 2nd cl. for the same conflict. A very rare piece in VF condition.
St. George Cross for Bravery, 3rd cl., #79063, personally awarded by Grand
Duke Georgiy Mikhailovich on Emperor's orders to a Senior NCO of a rifle
regiment, Southwestern Front, "for feats of bravery and valor in 1914-15 battles
with Austrians and Germans". In superb condition , very uncommon for a WWI
enlisted man's award.
