There are no maker mark or quality control stamp, but the pouch has all the characteristic features of the early Patriotic War manufacture: simplified stitching, no staples or rivets holding the belt loops, and the plain steel peg closure in the front (as opposed to the ball-shaped one in brass as seen on earlier SVT pouches).
