Measures 4 ½" x 3 ½", printed on textured semi-gloss photo paper. The inscription on the verso dates the photo and places it in the village of Pundolovo, Leningrad Region. In 1942, the Finnish residents of Pundolovo were deported. The village was completely abandoned in the 1980s.
In very good condition. A couple of tiny dark purple squiggles are visible on the face of the officer on the right and at the left-hand edge. They look like ballpoint pen paste. The image is a bit underexposed but is in sharp focus. The verso is moderately age-toned; the inscription is crisp a
