Military Archival Photo of a Decorated Air Force Major Pilot in Dress Uniform, 1951.

Measures 3 ¼" x 5 ½", printed on thin glossy photo paper. In the photo, the major is wearing an Order of the Red Star, WW2 military pilot wings, and five medals including the Medal for Combat Service, Medal for Victory over Germany, and two WW2 campaign medals. The handwritten archival entry on the verso identifies the officer as Major Alexander Reznichenko (Александр Петрович Резниченко). The entry is dated 15 May 1951.

In very good to excellent condition. The horizontal crease that goes parallel to the top edge is above the officer's head and is not too detractive. Tilting the photo reveals a cluster of tiny pressure points at the lower right-hand corner of the image, practically invisible when looking at it at a normal viewing angle. The archival entry is in purple ink, rather faint but clear and perfectly legible
