Tank Driver Proficiency Badge, Master (highest level), 1954-1961. In very fine to
excellent condition, an extremely attractive piece free of significant flaws. It
is quite rare to find highest-level qualification badge for Soviet tankers from
the early Cold War era in condition as good as this piece.

Army Proficiency badge (for enlisted men), Master, a very
uncommon 1980s screw back version by the Moscow Mint. Made in
brass and "hot baked" enamel, this badge is of far better
quality than a typical Soviet military proficiency badge of
the period. We can only speculate that it may have been
intended for one of the showcase or elite units.
