That can be easily repaired with library tape, if desired, although framing the photo, or at least mounting it on a backing, would preserve it better. The photo was taken professionally, in a photo studio; image is is sharp focus, giving the viewer an excellent opportunity to have a good close look at the decorations, uniforms, insignia, and young faces of these war veterans.
