The brass exhibits very attractive even toning having just a few tiny spots, mostly on the reverse, that are not detractive. Much of the original gilt luster is still present and clearly visible in recessed areas on both sides. The medal is completely free of bumps, significant dings, or edge knocks.

Comes on an original WW2 era suspension, a two-layer model in brass. The old ribbon is perfectly preserved and extremely attractive. Overall, a superb example of a very scarce version of the otherwise common Soviet WW2 medal!
