Sudan, Long and Distinguished Service Medal, on Police ribbon, includes a spare ribbon, in original fitted case of issue.
In silver, 36.2 mm in diameter, weighing 31.7 g. The obverse features crossed scimitars above the inscription with the name of the award in Arabic. The reverse is inscribed "Republic of Sudan" in Arabic. The rim is inscribed "SILVER" at 6 o'clock. Both the medallion and the ribbon with its bar pinback are in excellent condition.
The case of issue is in cardboard, laminated in textured red paper with the English abbreviation of the award and "POLICE" designation embossed on the lid in gold. The fitted pad for the medal is also in cardboard, covered with black velvet. Excellent
