Brass gilt, enamels; measures approx. 33 mm in height x 21 mm in width. This is a well-made piece, uncommon for a relatively late issue Soviet badge.

In excellent, near mint condition. Shows storage age only; the enamels and gilt finish are pristine. The screw post is full length and includes original screw plate with Pobeda Factory logo.
