In very good to excellent condition. The cover shows mild storage wear and a tear at the binding staple. If desired, re-stapling the book should be a quick and easy fix for this issue. The paper is supple, mildly and evenly age-toned, the binding is tight and strong, the internal pages are clean of any wear or damage.
