Made in clear plastic, comes in original paper envelope also showing the 1941 year of manufacture.

Excellent condition. The protractor is mint and unissued while the envelope is quite brittle and shows wear and minor stains from its nearly eighty years in storage. One of the flaps has completely separated. The envelope should be handled minimally, if at all, and with utmost care.
