The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked. Published by the Art Publishing House, Ukrainian SSR, circulation mere 5,000 copies, extremely low by Soviet standards. The artist's name, V. Parchevsky, is printed at the lower left-hand corner on the verso. The artwork is an offset print of Parchevsky's 1950 panoramic oil-on-canvas painting.

In excellent condition. Both sides are pristine, the colors are bright and crisp, the paper is mildly and evenly age-toned, the corner bumps are virtually nonexistent. The artist's name and the title of the painting are captioned on the verso in Ukrainian and Russian.
