Measures 3 ¼ x 4 ½", printed on matte photo paper. The photo presents a self-assured Red Army NCO with Sergeant Major's pips in his collar tabs. The inscription on the verso identifies him as cadet of the Volga Military District School of Junior Politruks S. Ignatov. If the fanatical glint in Comrade Ignatov's eyes is any indication, he is ready to graduate and be thrown into the thick of the Red Army rank and file to ignite the Marxist-Leninist ideology in their hearts.

In excellent condition. The image is in sharp focus providing a nice opportunity to have a close look at the uniform and insignia. Both sides are quite clean and free of any significant wear or damage. The ink of the inscription on the verso is a little blurred, as often happens when writing with ink on photo paper, but the text is still perfectly legible.
