Excellent, near mint condition. The screw post is full-length, nearly 13.5 mm measured from the reverse of the badge. Includes original mint marked screw plate.

The badge was established in 1987, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Soviet Police. It was awarded for outstanding achievements to police inspectors with a minimum of 5 years of service.
