The Russian language side has a handwritten notation, diagonally, saying "Already Registered in the Book", an ink stamp "no quarantine required", the seal of Military Unit 61948, which guarded and managed the POW camp, and a facsimile signature of its commander.

The German language side also has a few ink stamps: a stamp with the date, 28 March 1949, "Confirmed" at top right, and "Get tickets to your home town" in the lower left-hand corner.

In very good condition. The paper is thin and rather low-quality, which explains the light fraying at the edges and corners and the fold lines. The vertical fold line shows a partial separation at the top. If desired, there is enough blank space on "the German side" along the separation to repair it with clear tape without affecting any of the printed or handwritten text.
