Stamped in bronze, 72.1 mm tall x 72.8 mm wide. The Soviet national emblem is of the style introduced in the immediate post-WW2 era, featuring 16 republics represented by the number of the scrolls of the ribbon. Intended for mounting on a presentation plaque or to be a part of patriotic display.
