A hard-bound booklet with rubberized red cover, similar in format to a Soviet order booklet. The interior pages show an image of the medal, name of the award recipient and the date of the award.

Excellent condition. Both the cover and interior are immaculately clean.

A very uncommon piece: from our experience, documents of this nature are far more scarce than the medals. This particular award certificate was almost for sure issued with the Soviet-made silver version of the medal.
