An interesting artwork: it combines the Soviet Naval and Air Force flags, Leningrad's Admiralty tower, jet airplane, and, at the bottom, wings with atomic emblem - the latter symbolizing nuclear weapon-carrying capability. Note the unusual attachment of the pin characteristic of this badge.
