Simplified wartime version in khaki burlap with wooden toggle closure and twine strap. On the inside flap, there is what appears to be a factory stamp which is very faint and completely illegible. This piece appears to be from the early part of the war, most likely of 1941-42 manufacture.

In excellent condition, free of any wear and apparently unissued. Both the interior and exterior are perfectly clean with the exception of a couple of tiny rust stains inside that have been acquired in storage.
