Brass, enamels. Large piece, measures 39.4 x 46.3 mm. Shows rockets, tank, airplane and other weapons, with flags of 7 participating countries in a horizontal line across the badge. Features a very uncommon screw back attachment as opposed to the pin found on large majority of these badges. Raised maker mark "Zukov Praha 7" is located in the center under the screw post- as opposed to the right and left side as on the more common pin back version.

The badge was issued to military officers who participated in the large scale Warsaw Pact war games on the territory of Czechoslovakia in 1972. Manufactured in Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
