In excellent condition. The details of the artwork are pristine and exceptionally crisp; the gilt finish is bright, free of tarnish. The enamel is very well preserved and appears perfect to the unaided eye. The fragile green enamel on the laurel leaves has some tiny surface flakes that can be found with a 10x loupe but no chips or any other wear visible without magnification. The ribbon is clean and sound.
