4 ½" x 3 ¼", printed on matte photo paper. The obverse presents a young Air Force lieutenant in uniform next to a girl identified by the inscription on the verso as his childhood friend. It says "For good memory, to my childhood friend." Dated 1940.
In very good to excellent condition. The photo is in sharp focus, with good lighting and a fancy artistic vignette-like background. The wear to the emulsion is invisible to the naked eye, and the only wear visible is a couple of faint fingerprints at top right, and minuscule corner bumps at the top.
