The communique's main focus is on very important offensive operations in southern Ukraine which resulted in liberation of the cities of Kakhovka and Skadovsk (Kherson Region), cutting off German access to Crimea and locking a large contingent of German troops on the peninsula. Also mentioned is success in repulsing the German counterattack at Krivoy Rog. A group of partisans in the Leningrad Region attacked a German detachment who were in the process of setting a village on fire. The partisans were able to prevent this atrocity. The last paragraph relays the testimony of survivors of another German atrocity, in the village of Khotimsk, Mogilyov Region, Belorussia, and several other villages in the vicinity. There, the retreating German troops blew up the hospital, library, post office, veterinary clinic, and burned nearly 1,000 people's homes.

In very good to excellent condition. The paper is slightly wrinkled, and there is a brownish smear on the verso. The corners show minuscule bumps and creases. However, the wear is not too intrusive to the eye, the text is bright and crisp. The communique presents very well, overall.
