In brass, enamels and lacquer; measures 47.8 mm tall, 41.6 mm wide. Pobeda Factory logo to the reverse. Features a traditional "Varangian" shield with red star in the middle, handshake in the center medallion with motto "Union of Peace and Socialism", line assembled of the national flags of Warsaw Pact countries, and writing "25th anniversary of the Warsaw Pact" at the bottom.
A massive, very well-made badge in excellent, near mint condition.
The badge was issued to top officers of the member countries for organizing joint military actions and war games.
