There are just a few microscopic contact marks to Lenin's bas-relief, but they are completely unnoticeable to the naked eye. Details of the wreath are completely untouched. The stippling on the reverse is likewise nearly pristine.
The order comes with the original suspension device, a two-layer model in steel with integral catch of the pin. The old, probably original ribbon
shows slight wear at the edges but is overall very nicely preserved. The silver connecting link appears to be original; its ends are still joined
with solder in a seamless manner characteristic of the Soviet mint. This truly superb example of the highest Soviet decoration literally cannot
be upgraded condition-wise.
