The enamel on both the banner and star shows magnificent luster. The center medallion is practically pristine, having only a couple of microscopic contact marks completely invisible without magnification; its details are perfect and exceptionally crisp. The rivets are perfectly tight.
Comes on original suspension device, a two-layer model in aluminum. The old, probably original ribbon shows just a minimal amount wear near
the bottom, still sound and clean. The connecting link appears to be original, and its ends are still joined with solder in a seamless manner
characteristic of the Soviet mint. Overall, this piece is a truly superb example of the second-highest Soviet decoration - nearly impossible
to upgrade condition-wise.
