The hat is in excellent condition, although it shows evidence of use - this is not an unissued example. There are no tears or excessive wear
of any kind. The crown is overall very clean, showing only some tiny spots visible at close inspection. The visor is perfect. The soft
oilcloth sweat band shows a minor amount of wear only, still intact and sound. The liner is immaculately clean; the manufacturer's logo fully
legible.
