The starburst is practically pristine having only some microscopic contact marks, no wear visible to the naked eye. The star in the center shows only very mild wear to its apex, while its ridges are perfectly crisp and the original gilt finish is clearly visible. There is a very attractive patina to silver throughout. The screw post is full length, approx. 16.5 mm, and includes the original screw plate.
