Silver gilt, enamels; 34.3 mm wide; the flagpole is 23.5 mm tall. Reverse shows raised Moscow mint mark "MMD" and engraved serial number 95. Judging by the pinback construction of the badge and shape of the letters in the mint mark, the badge could be issued to a member of one of four convocations of the Karakalpak Supreme Soviet at any point from 1971 (8th Convocation) though 1985 (11th Convocation.) The number of members for these convocations varied from 164 to 185.

The badge is in excellent condition. The enamel shows beautiful luster and is free of noticeable wear. The
