In excellent condition. The enamel shows nice luster and is essentially perfect, has only miniscule contact marks and scuffs that are almost unnoticeable to the unaided eye. Some of the original fire gilt finish is still visible in recessed areas of the wreath and especially on the reverse of the badge. There is minor amount of verdigris on the reverse, not detractive. The screw post is of full length, approx. 11.5 mm, and includes original screw plate maker marked "Pobeda Factory, Moscow."
