Complete Documented Group of 4 decorations incl. Order of Glory 2nd and 3rd cl. to
a Rifleman NCO, 18th Army, 1st Ukrainian Front. During the Lvov-Sandomierz
offensive he personally killed 16 enemy soldiers while blocking the retreat of 2
Hungarian regiments. He also distinguished himself during the offensive in the
Beskids and was one of the first to cross the border of Czechoslovakia. The Order
of Glory 3rd cl. has a very low serial number, while the 2nd cl. serial number is
among the highest. Comes with archival research and English translation.
Documented Group of Two 1940's Decorations to an ethnic
Korean. Includes very scarce Order of the Red Banner of
Labor Type 3 "Jumbo" #27232 without a mint mark and a
"flat back" Badge of Honor. Both the decorations and the order
booklet are in excellent condition. This highly unusual group
has a great research potential.
