Features navy blue gabardine top, royal blue wool piping and black velvet band. Comes complete with the Professional Technical Education ("PTO") cockade and "wheel with wings" emblem on the top of the crown. Black chinstrap; black plastic visor. The sweat diamond shows a logo of the Mayak ("Lighthouse") Garment Factory in the town of Knyagino, Gorky Region and a 1986 date of manufacture. Size 57 (approx. US size 7 1/8) is stamped on the liner. There is a factory quality control stamp to the underside of the sweat band.
