In excellent condition. The white enamel on the arms has a few minuscule contact marks that are barely noticeable, but there is no flaking or significant wear of any kind. The enamel retains a beautiful luster throughout. The gilt finish on the center medallion is nicely preserved and bright; the raised details of the bas-relief portrait are perfect. The old, likely original ribbon is well-preserved and sound.
