Stands almost 13 ¾" tall, 1 ½" wide at the rim, square base about 3 ½" across. Hand-blown, cut at at the top half and on the rim.

In excellent condition. The vase has been in use and acquired traces of being filled with water and a few very minor hairline scratches and also a tiny chip at the very rim but on the inside. Hardly visible and not at all detractive. All the imperfections disappear visually when the vase is filled with water.
