There is a very helpful index of individual artists in the
beginning of the book and their detailed biographies
(accompanied by the photos) in the addendum. All-in-all,
staggering amount of information, by far the best book
available on the subject.
The book is long out of print. We have only single copy in
stock, in excellent condition. There are a couple of tiny
scuffs to the bottom edge of the back cover and mild corner
bumps. The book is in otherwise mint condition, with tight
binding and immaculately clean pages and text block.
