The size is continental standard 4" x 6", postally unused and unmarked. Published by the Soviet Artist Publishing House. Circulation 20,000, very small by Soviet standards. The artist's name, V. Medvedev, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. His signature can be seen in the lower right-hand corner of the image. The artwork is an offset print of Medvedev's 1968 painting.
