Booklet format, 10 x 7 cm when closed, printed on rigid cardboard-like paper. The cover shows an image of the Ready for PVKhO badge, motto "OSOAVIAKhIM - the Foundation of Peaceful Labor and Defense of the USSR" and inscription "Certificate of a Recipient of the Badge 'Ready for PVKhO'".
The interior contains brief information about recipient, including his education (7 grades of school), professional occupation (polisher) and the fact that he had the rank of a Stakhanovite worker. There is also the serial number of the badge, #286523 as well as the home address. The latter

The latter unfortunately does not show the city, and the ink stamp of the OSOAVIAKhIM factory organization is stamped too lightly to discern the name or location of the factory.
The document is in outstanding, excellent condition, perfectly clean and crisp. A very uncommon piece: from our experience, far fewer of such documents survived to our days than the PVKhO badges.
