In gilded brass and enamels, heavy construction. Medallion measures 39.6 mm wide. Stamped serial number to the reverse. Variation featuring relatively thin numerals "XXV" and less concave reverse than the first version. Excellent quality, similar to that of Mongolian Victory over Japan Medal.
