In excellent condition. As is practically always the case, there are unfilled areas of black enamel on the hammers (the black enamel is painted on them rather than applied into recesses cut to hold the color; as a result, some of the black enamel has been "lost to time" rather than to actual damage or even more likely, was already missing when the badge left the factory). The gilt finish as well as red and blue enamels are perfect. The screw post is of full length, over 9 mm. Comes with original screw plate showing h Leningrad Mint logo.
