East Germany, Best Badge of the NVA, Nationale Volksarmee, with bracket for repeat pendant, 1969-82.

In brass, paint, lacquer, measures 38 mm in height, 31 mm in width. A brass bracket for repeat pendants is affixed to the reverse.

In very good condition. Differing from the standard issue, the entire obverse is finished in clear resin which shows mild wear. The prongs of the bracket on the reverse are bent to the surface of the badge.
