Silver, enamel. Measures 38.6 mm tall, 39.9 mm wide; weighs 21.0 g not including the screw plate. Reverse shows stamped Roman numeral "III" (3rd class), stamped inscription "STOLPNJE", and the serial number engraved in a characteristic Soviet manner. The enamel is of magnificent quality, typical of Soviet mint manufacture.

In excellent condition. The enamel has only microscopic contact marks, no visible wear, and exhibits a very nice luster. There is attractive toning to silver on the reverse. The screw post is full length, well over 10 mm long, and includes original Soviet mint-marked screw plate.
