In brass; measures 37.2 mm in height incl. the eyelet, 32.1 mm wide. Features a late-style rounded eyelet struck as one piece with the medal.

In excellent, near mint condition. The medallion is free of noticeable wear of any kind; its raised details are perfect and extremely crisp. The "gilt" mint luster is exceptionally bright on both sides; there are only a couple of tiny and faint spots on the reverse, no significant tarnish or blemishes. Comes on original aluminum suspension with a perfectly preserved, immaculately clean vintage ribbon.

Overall, a superb example of the less common version of the Victory Medal - literally impossible to upgrade.
