Measures 10" across, 33 1/3 rpm vinyl record manufactured at the Aprelevka Record Factory. Contains 10 tracks with recordings of excerpts of speeches made by the first Soviet People's Commissars starting with the speech by the Chairman of the Soviet of People's Commissars Vladimir Lenin. A most interesting glimpse into the politics of the first Soviet government and a rare chance to hear the live voices of Lenin and some of his top henchmen.

In very good condition. Side A has a few insignificant scratches; Side B has a couple of deeper ones, shown in our photo. Not having a record player to test playback, we cannot guarantee flawless sound but, with experience of people who lived through the Vinyl Era and owned and played them, we do not expect major problems. Most importantly, Track One of Side A with Lenin's 1919 speech How to Forever Save the Working Class from Opression by Landowners and Capitalists, looks almost wear-free.
