**Special-edition Postal Cover with a First Day Cancel commemorating Soviet-Bulgarian Space Exploration Project Shipka-88.**

The size is standard 6 �" x 4 �", postally unused, published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The preprinted government postal stamp is canceled with the First Day stamp reading "International Space Flights, Mir Orbital Complex, Space Post Office," dated 9 June 1988. The artwork in the left panel of the obverse was created by A. Anikin whose name is printed on the bottom flap on the verso.
