The set is comprised of 16 postcards, postally unused and unmarked, featuring the state emblem and flag of the USSR and each of its 15 republics. The name of the artist, G. Fisher, is printed in the bottom left-hand corner on the verso of each postcard. The verbiage identifying the flag and emblem is in three languages: Russian, the native tongue of the depicted republic, and English.

In excellent condition. The cover sleeve shows very minor wear, mostly scuffing at the folds. The postcards are in excellent condition. The artwork is pristine, the corner bumps are negligibly small.
