The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked, published by the Soviet Ukraine Publishing House in Kiev, circulation 700,000. The lettering under the artwork is in Ukrainian. The artwork features a large detailed image of the Order of Victory. The artist's name, V. Grinko, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso under the title of the postcard captioned in Ukrainian and Russian.

In very good to excellent condition. The obverse shows minor corner bumps and a small scratch and stain on the left side, not too obvious. The verso has a faint small stain near the caption and very mild storage wear.
