Badge of a RSFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic) State Hunting Inspector, State Okhotnadzor (Hunting Supervisory Agency), circa late 1970s-80s issue.

Brass, enamels; 36.7 mm tall x 30.1 mm wide. Raised late-style logo of the Leningrad Mint on the reverse. Very nice quality, typical of the mint production.

Excellent condition. The enamel is perfect and shows a beautiful luster. The gilt finish is bright and free of tarnish. The screw plate is full length, over 9.5 mm, and includes an original mint-marked screw plate.
