In outstanding, excellent condition. The medallion shows no wear visible to the naked eye; its raised details are perfect and exceptionally crisp. There are a few very minor oxidation spots on the reverse but no significant blemishes or tarnish; the original "gilt" mint luster is extremely well-preserved and bright on both sides.

Comes on original brass suspension with an old, possibly original ribbon showing slight wear along the edges but still sound, clean and very attractive. A superb example overall.
