Marshal of the Soviet Union Semyon Timoshenko, Commander of the Belorussian Military District, document signed, with Timoshenko's handwritten resolution, 4 December 1952.
Four pages, front and back, 8 ¼" x 11 ½". The document is a service evaluation of lieutenant colonel Khazin in his position of Deputy Commander, Rear, of the 43rd Guards Heavy Mortar Brigadem 10th Division. Timoshenko's signature is on Page 4, in purple ink.
In very good to excellent condition. The form was properly de-stapled when removed from its original file, preserving the filing margins, and leaving only barely noticeable staple holes. The fold is slightly frayed but strong, showing no signs of a separation. The rip to this edge is small, closed, and easily repairable, if desired. The same goes for the tiny rip to the top edge of pp. 3 and 4. The paper is mildly and evenly age-toned. All printed, typed and handwritten text, seals, and signatures are clear and perfectly legible.
