In rich burgundy two-layer velvet, measures 15" x 22" (excl. the fringe). The reverse side is undecorated. The obverse shows the state emblem of the USSR stenciled on cotton, stitched on and encircled in an embroidered frame. Under the emblem, the wording reads "To the Winner of Socialist Competition, 1981."

In superb, outstanding condition. There is no visible wear to any of the components of the pennant.
